AlphaEngage is a SaaS platform that helps businesses discover relevant conversations on Reddit and generate AI-powered reply suggestions tailored to their products and brand voice. Our service includes thread discovery, opportunity scoring, reply drafting, engagement tracking, and analytics. We provide tools to streamline your Reddit outreach workflow and improve your engagement metrics. The features and functionality of the service may change over time as we continue to develop and improve the platform.
User Accounts
To use certain features of the platform, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use

You shall not use the platform to generate spam, misleading content, or any material that violates Reddit's terms of service or community guidelines. You are solely responsible for the content you post through our platform, including all replies generated with AI assistance. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the service, or to use automated means to access the platform beyond the intended functionality we provide.
Intellectual Property
The AlphaEngage platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by AlphaEngage and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the platform. By using our service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaEngage and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.
Changes to Terms
